OBJETIVO GENERAL: CONTRIBUIR A ALIVIAR EL SUFRIMIENTO HUMANO EN MATERIA DE SALUD DE LA POBLACIÓN AFECTADA EN TERRITORIOS PALESTINOS POR EL CONFLICTO BÉLICO.
OBJETIVO ESPECÍFICO: GARANTIZADAS LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE EMERGENCIAS MÉDICAS DE LA MEDIA LUNA ROJA PALESTINA A LA POBLACIÓN VÍCTIMA DEL CONFLICTO BÉLICO EN LAS FRANJAS DE GAZA Y CISJORDANIA.
